I have personally been a customer of Wells Fargo for years, then I switched to US Bank about 5 ago. For the record, my review of US Bank’s online banking services is that they are inferior or lower than that of Wells Fargo’s online banking services.
Basically, my review ends at poor due to one major reason. Reading your past statements is shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiz. That’s an official term for driving you mad because of it’s limited design.
Done. Done and Done. If the banks shared some internet usability, they might reach excellent status. For now, either is going to do. Perhaps it’s true that some people won’t change service providers once they start because it’s too much of a hassle.
